EFFECT OF MOTIVATION ON JOB SAT- ISFACTION WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOY- EES PT.TELEPERFORMANCE

Abstract


Research on work motivation and job satisfaction has been
much focus on regular employees. Rarely do research on
work motivation and job satisfaction of employees focused
on customer service. Job as a customer service employee is
not easy, because they always deal directly with many cus-
tomers who have complaints. Since the number of customer
complaints they receive, many a customer service who do
not get satisfaction in their work. Therefore, companies
should be aware of whether the company has been provid-
ing motivation for employees. This study aims to know how
much in
uence the work motivation of employee job sat-
isfaction. This study uses quantitative methods. As the
study sample is customer service employees who work on
mobile card company.
