THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION WITH Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) TO EMPLOYEES

Abstract


The dynamics of work organization in
Indonesia, has shifted from working individually to working
in a team (work teams). Eectiveness and team perfor-
mance is determined by the ability of team members work
in teams (work teams) that will aect the achievement
of corporate goals. But not everyone is able to work
in teams, because it requires the abilities of individuals.
These capabilities can be displayed if the employee has
the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB
employees can be displayed through job satisfaction. For
the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship
between job satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) on workers. The sample in this study were
the sta and employees of a company employee, at least
high school education, age at least 21 years old working
a minimum of one year, and is a company employee who
worked as a team. The sampling method used in this study
is purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using
the method of scale, the scale of job satisfaction and OCB
scale made by researchers and shaped Likert scale. Data
analysis techniques to be used in this study is the product
moment correlation analysis, using SPSS for Windows
version 16.
