SELF-MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEES ACHIEVEMENT IN PT. UNITED TRACTORS

Abstract


Self-management is a determining factor for
individual success. The formation of the concept of self-
management on employees working in PT. United Tractors
can set the time in completing tasks such as planning, fo-
cusing on the task, and thought to excel in the eld of work
practiced. Employees are a company asset that must be
kept and maintained in order to remain able to produce an
optimal prot of the company. Order PT. United Tractors,
the optimal benet of employees required to perform the job
well and on time. Therefore this study aims to know the
description and the factors that led to the formation of self-
management in achieving the PT employees. United Trac-
tors. The subject of this study were men and women who
are married, age of subjects categorized as middle adult-
hood (40-60 years). The subject worked as a permanent
employee in PT. United Tractors for subjects included in
the data (record) as employees. This research method using
structured interviews and unstructured interviews and non-
participant observation and systematic observation.
