STRESS DIFFERENCES EMPLOYMENT ON WORKING WOMEN EMPLOYEE SHIFT AND NONSHIFT IN "the X9, COMPANY

Abstract


Job stress is a condition that arises
from the interaction of individuals with the work environ-
ment and individual characteristics change forced to deviate
from normal functions. This study aimed to test whether
there are dierences in work stress on female employees
who work shifts and nonshift in the company "X". This
study sample was 70 of an employee in the company "X"
which consists of 35 people who work shift and 35 people
working nonshift. The method used in this study using
quantitative methods with statistical parametric Indepen-
dent Sample Test of dierent test. Based on the empirical
mean value is known that the empirical mean for women's
work stress on employees who work shifts and the empirical
mean of 65.17 for the work stress on female employees who
worked nonshift at 66.91. Based on the results of Indepen-
dent Sample Test of test results obtained in a signicance
of 0.451. So it can be concluded that there was no dier-
ence in job stress on female employees who work shifts and
nonshift in the company "X".
