ANALYSIS CALCULATING OF INTEREST AND INSTALLMENT LOANS AT TABUNGAN NEGARA BANK

Ownership Loan (mortgage) is one of the credit facilities
granted by banks to consumers, especially in buying and
selling homes. Currently the community has given the ease
with which the mortgages held by private banks and govern-
ment. Special to the government banks are handled by the
Tabungan Negara Bank. Elections in explaining a concept
credit mortgage calculations, in particular mortgage loans
under the bank's own management policy which would con-
sider the pros and cons and considering the interests of so-
ciety as a user of credit services to the bank as an organiza-
tion's goals can be achieved and does not charge the public.
Tabungan Negara Bank uses the principle of good interest
rates
at, Eective and Annuity. The purpose of this study
to determine the calculation of installment and mortgage
interest on the Tabungan Negara Bank. From the results of
scientic research, it can be concluded that after doing cal-
culations with three dierent methods, namely Flat rates,
eective and visible dierence in the total annuity payments
of interest, the method is more protable for the company
that is by applying the method Flat. The method applied
by the Tabungan Negara Bank as the calculation of install-
ment and interest today is the annual annuity method, this
method was appropriate because the banks are not too fo-
cused in getting the maximum prot but to get as many
customers as much as the level of interest income that is
not too high
